Chris M. Pieper
Chief Executive Officer
Chris joined Alliance
Enterprises as the Company's Chief Executive Officer in
January 2009. Chris’ experience includes twenty-two years as a
Chief Executive of technology based software companies and
is recognized internationally as a thought leader in cost
management, process optimization, and performance
management.
Prior to joining Alliance
Enterprises, Chris was the founder and Chief Executive
Officer of C-Speak Partners, a North Carolina-based
consulting firm specializing in executive coaching for
growth oriented technology startups. Chris’ experience
includes Chief Executive roles with FormRouter, a North
Carolina firm specializing in Software-as-a-Service,
electronic forms and data collection; ABC Technologies,
Inc., an Oregon-based software firm specializing in
Activity-Based Costing and Performance Management (ABC/M);
and BetterManagement.com, a leading Performance Management
Internet portal. ABC Technologies, an Inc 500 company, and
BetterManagment.com were acquired by SAS in April 2002,
where Chris served as the Executive Vice President of SAS’s
Performance Management Division.

Lisa Gifford
Executive VP, Business Development and Marketing, Board Member
As Executive Vice President
of Alliances’ Business Development and Marketing Department,
Lisa oversees the Company’s new product development, product
marketing, corporate communications and partner relations.
As an expert in Agile methods for business process
reengineering, work flow optimization, and system
implementation, Lisa has managed over 100 system development
projects in 20 states and trained more than 5,000 public
sector employees.
Lisa is
a 25+ year veteran of Alliance Enterprises and is the
company's chief advocate for product effectiveness, customer
service and customer satisfaction.

Rick Gifford
Chief Technology Officer, Board Member
As Chief Technology Officer,
Rick is responsible for advancing the Company’s software
platform and oversees the creative direction for future
products and services. As a company founder, Rick’s
Alliance experience spans 28 years, specializing in software
development processes, accessibility, software languages and
application of technologies to solve business problems and
improve the effective use of Alliance products and services.
Rick is
an avid motorcycle rider and the company's self proclaimed
Chief Geek.
Rick earned a Bachelor of
Science degree in Computer Science from Brigham Young
University.

Dr. Lee
Cousineau, DC
Advisor, Board Member
As a company founder, Lee
has been a member of the Board of Directors for Alliance
Enterprises since 1981. Lee has over 25 years experience in
consulting with business and government organizations as
well as extensive training in adult learning theory, systems
theory, learning organizations, and in facilitating
organizational change.
Lee
completed his Doctorate at Palmer College of Chiropractic
and is Board Certified in Applied Kinesiology. |

Kevin Spurgin
Director, Information Technology
As the Information
Technology Director, Kevin provides leadership and strategic
outlook for the Company in regards to all technology
disciplines including: networks, telecommunications,
software deployment, database integration and management,
on-going software maintenance and system integration.
Prior
to joining Alliance in 1999, Kevin worked for Washington
State's Division of Vocational Rehabilitation as a Project
Database Administrator, and along with Rick Gifford,
designed and developed the logical and physical database
structures for the STARS case management system – the model
for the AWARE system.
Kevin
earned a degree in Business Administration, Management
Information Systems from Eastern Washington University.

Craig Keating
Director, Engineering
As the Director of
Engineering, Craig is responsible for software architecture,
product development, quality engineering and management of
the Company’s Agile and Scrum development processes. Craig
has over thirty years experience including software
development, systems design, Agile methodologies and
technology leadership and management. He holds a US patent
in Multiprocessor Technology.
Prior
to joining Alliance Enterprises in April 2007, Craig spent
19 years with Intel Corporation as a Senior Software
Developer and Manager.
Craig
earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from
California State Polytechnic University.

Gary Penley
Director, Sales
As the Director of Sales, Gary is responsible for directing Alliance’s sales and account management
activities including strategic account management, partner recruitment, prospect qualification, sales process planning, negotiation,
and closing all sales opportunities.
Prior to joining Alliance in October 2009, Gary was Sr. Vice President, State Government Business Unit for MorphoTrak of Tacoma, WA.
Gary has over twenty years of IT experience, including having
delivered over 100 mission-critical IT solutions to state and local government agencies.
Gary holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Washington and is a member of the Pierce County
Economic Development Board’s Investor Committee, as well as U.S. Representative Adam Smith’s Technology Advisory Council.

Lori Shader-Patterson
Director, Project Management
Lori Shader-Patterson is the
Director of Project Management, who oversees the
coordination and delivery of the AWARE product
consistent with the Statement of Work. Project Managers
are assigned to work with agencies to assure coordination
and follow-through of both parties, and to maintain the
implementation schedule. Lori recently joined Alliance and
brings project management and VR-Agency orientation and
customer perspective to our Project Management Team.
Prior to
joining Alliance, for 16 years Lori was a division director
at Michigan Rehabilitation Services (General), with
experience including: Budget,
contracts, purchasing and grants; federal, budget and
management reports; program evaluation; district office
management; Social Security Reimbursement and Ticket to
Work; Independent Living; AWARE and
technology.
Lori has a Masters degree in Public Administration from
Western Michigan University and post-graduate studies at
Michigan State University.

Sven Akerman
Director, Technical Services
As Technical Services Director, Sven is responsible for Alliance's for-fee technical services, including business system analysis,
system interface design, data conversion, and customer support. As the company’s Enterprise Architect, Sven is responsible for ensuring Alliance solution architecture
is aligned with the company’s business strategy, business operating model and IT strategy, while satisfying all customer needs and requirements.
Prior to joining Alliance in September 2009, Sven was the Chief Architect for Outlook Insight, LLC of Yelm, WA. Sven’s background includes managing and delivering
technical services to numerous state and local government agencies including engagements with the State of Oregon, Washington Superintendent of Public Instruction,
Washington Department of Licensing, Washington Department of Social and Health Services, and Washington Department of Ecology.
Sven’s education includes studies in Computer Science and Software Engineering at Washington State University and over 15 years of technical consulting experience.
