Alliance has worked with 20 public vocational
rehabilitation agencies since 1993, which gives
AWARE the largest installation
base in terms of number of agencies of any other
rehabilitation case management system.
All Alliance rehabilitation case management system
implementations are still in production today. For system maintenance,
Alliance offers the Upgrade, Maintenance and Support
program which ensures that the system is current with
federal regulations, keeps pace with technology, and
includes new enhancements defined by the Users Group.
