Vision
For many years the Alaska Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
sought a replacement for its old client-server case management system.
After reviewing and rejecting several systems, the Division selected
Alliance Enterprises, AWARE
system in the spring of 2002.
Approach
Alliance implemented the AWARE
system over a 15 month process that included, project staff
training and data conversion.
Results
The AWARE was successfully
implemented in Alaska, on time, on budget, without revisions, budget
extensions or amendments. Counselors and management staff embraced the
product and service to clientele continued during implementation without
disruption and accountable and reporting remained in place.
Today
Alaska Division of Vocational Rehabilitation
are currently member of the
AWARE National Upgrade, Maintenance and
Support program and continues to be active in the
Users Group.
