Top Priorities Include Strengthening Customer Relations and Enhancing Flagship Aware Product

DuPont, WA, July 1, 2019 – Alliance Enterprises Inc. (Alliance), the nation’s leading provider of Vocational Rehabilitation (VR) software and managed services, today announced the appointment of Lisa Gifford to Chief Executive Officer (CEO). It will be Gifford’s second time leading the company; her 37-year history with Alliance includes a previous tenure of 13 years as CEO. She remains as Chairwoman of the Board and Corporate President.

Alliance’s Aware case management and reporting platform, has been a staple in the VR industry for 26 years. Aware is used by 40 state agencies and 24 tribal nations, more than 12,000 employees working for those organizations, and impacting the lives of many thousands of people with disabilities. Alliance, which has been a Microsoft Gold Partner since 2001, provides secure Microsoft Azure-based hosting and managed server solutions that ensure data protection, fail-safe backup and maximum network uptime.

Gifford served as Director of Corporate Strategy from 2008 to the present and Chairwoman of the Board and President from 1995 to 2019. Prior to that she held technical and non-technical positions at the company. She has witnessed the company win a multitude of awards, including Microsoft’s State and Local Government Digital Transformation Partner of the Year award in 2017. In 2016 the company was named an Inc. 5000 entrepreneurial company and a Microsoft Rising Partner of the Year. Meanwhile, the Business Examiner included Gifford on its 2016 Women of Influence list.
