RSA-911 Edit Checker
The RSA-911 Edit Checker is a free and accessible tool that allows state vocational rehabilitation (VR) agencies to check their quarterly reports for federal compliance.
There are two versions of the tool; the latest version is based on Policy Directive (PD) 19-03 (RSA Edit Specification v10) and the previous version is based on PD 16-04 (Edit Specification v11). Both versions incorporate rules and data validation items as described in Rehabilitation Services Administration (RSA) documents.
